The man with a 19-inch p:nis Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, who was offered a part in a p0rn production last week, has been offered something that could potentially change his life and the way he walks.

According to TMZ, the bosses at p0rn studio, Vivid, who initially offered him a deal on a sex tape, now want to pay for Roberto to get surgery on his two pound pe:nis. See more photos below.
