Suspected Stowaway Dies In Arik Air Plane In Lagos

A suspected stowaway has died in the undercarriage compartment of an Arik Air plane, a statement by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria released today confirms.


The identity of the person is yet to be known but the body was discovered in the Arik airbus A345, Reg CS-TFX, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos.

The body has however been disclosed at a Lagos mortuary. Management of FAAN says they are currently reviewing footages of the CCTV system to know how the person got there.
