Deal Done! Chelsea 'Have Won The Race To Sign Exciting €25m Star'

Chelsea have sealed the transfer of Augsburg defender Rahman Baba for a fee in the region of €25million.

Having seen Brazilian left-back Filipe Luis return to Atletico Madrid this month after just one season at Stamford Bridge, Jose Mourinho has splashed the £15.8million from that deal on Ghanaian full-back Baba according to reports on Sportbild.

Baba, who is just 21 years of age, has attracted a lot of attention from a host of leading European clubs after a breakthrough season in the German top flight last season with Augsburg.

And, according to Bundesliga expert and journalist Daniel Busch, Jose Mourinho has moved under the radar to snap up the defender:
