10. Mikel Obi
John Michael Nchekwube Obinna, known as John Obi Mikel, John Mikel Obi or Mikel John Obi, is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for English club Chelsea and the Nigeria national team.
Obi made his FIFA World Cup appearance during the 2014 tournament in Brazil, aiding his team side to reach the knockout stage after 16 years. Nigeria’s Super Eagles won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations with Mikel playing key role for the team. He is one of the highest paid Nigerian international players.
Mikel recently won the English Premiership League 2014/2015 title with his team, Chelsea FC.
