These two can be aptly described as Power Couple: Brigadier-Gen. Cecilia U. Akagu (wife) and Brigadier-Gen. Clifford B. Wanda (husband) are today in top levels in the Nigerian Army. They are Nigeria’s first married Army officers to attain the same rank. Love makes history. Kudos!
