A video, which has gone viral after being shared on YouTube, shows an airplane making a dramatic transformation while about to touch down on the tarmac.

A footage posted on YouTube has shown a plane making an incredible transformation while it was about to land .

The video starts by showing a Boeing 777 touching down at the Frankfurt Airport in Germany - so far, so normal.

But just as it is about to touch down, the plane suddenly starts to change shape, morphing into a Transformer.

It continues to run along the tarmac before coming to a stop.

But it was clearly a long flight for the robot as he dashes straight off to the toilet clutching at his privates.

The amazing video was uploaded to YouTube yesterday by Michael Schmidt and has already clocked up more than 28,300 views.

Unsurprisingly, YouTube viewers were more than impressed with the video and the 3D motion skills of the creator.
