Lagos State is popularly known to be the commercial and economic nerve of Nigeria and under the administration of Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, the state has come to be even more deserving of the title.

Governor Fashola, among other things has been credited with making Lagos state more conducive by beautifying the state and improving the transportation sector. 

One of the governor’s most remarkable achievements is the transformation of the Oshodi area of the state.

Governor Fashola who assumed office on May 29, 2007, and was in office for two terms will be vacating his position on May 29, 2015. See transformation pictures.
