Housewife Found Dead In Jhenaidah

Police have recovered the body of a housewife from a rented house in Notun Court Para area of the district town.

The deceased is Mina Begum, 45, wife of Mizanur Rahman, a resident of Chowgachha upazila of Jessore district.

Mizanur Rahman said: ” Our son  Alamin Hossain found their house locked after returning from Jummah prayer on Friday. He was waiting outside of the house for his mother. He could not confirm the whereabouts of his mother till night”

Later, he broke the door of the house around 8:30pm and found his mother lying dead in the room.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for an autopsy.

Jhenidah Additional Police Super Ajbahar Ali Sheikh said: “The reason behind the death can be known after getting the autopsy report.”
