Five Rappers You Didn't Know Had Other Incredible Talents

We wonder what our favorite rappers do when not in the studio or when they are not rapping. Like any one of us, we do have other talents asides the ones e people know us with. This list shows us five rappers who have other amazing talents no one would ever think of

1. Eminem

As if being one of the most complex, decorated and popular emcees of all time wasn’t enough, Eminem is also one incredibly talented artist, specifically comic art. Em’s first love was comic books; he has an unbelievable collection with rare comics such as “Amazing Fantasy” #15 and has appeared in comics such as “The Punisher” and “Ironman.” Eminem is so confident in his art that he gave 50 Cent an original drawing of the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ cover for Fif’s birthday.

2. Childish Gambino

Whether you know him by his government name or his stage name, Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino is one of the most talented, well-rounded artists in the entertainment industry. Not only does Gambino have a few gold records, “Heartbeat” and “3005,” he also has three Writers Guild of America Awards for his work as a writer on 30 Rock.As Troy from the hit series Community, Glover showcased his acting skills, becoming one of the funniest characters on TV; he also gathers laughter from his stand-up comedy career, a career that landed Glover his own Comedy Central special.

3. Hopsin

 In recent years, skateboarding and hip-hop have gone hand in hand. Whether it’s Pharrell, Lupe Fiasco or Lil’ Wayne, emcees have been known to test their skills on the board. Perhaps the best rapper that can skate is California emcee Hopsin. Even though Hopsin takes skating very seriously, going as far as dissing Lupe and Wayne for their lack of skateboard credibility, he has been known to skate with fans before and after shows. He even has a song called “Nollie Tre Flip.”

4.Ice Cube

Before Ice Cube was a family-friendly cinema star, he was a foul-mouthed, hardcore gangster rapper. Before that, he was an architectural design student at the Phoenix Institute of Technology. Not only can Cube design the architecture of gangster rap, he can also design your house, but “I don’t know if it’s gunna be livable,” he told the Pacific Standard Time.

5. Action Bronson

 If you've ever listened to an Action Bronson song, you would know that the man loves food. His love for food stretches far beyond simply enjoying it; Action Bronson is an extremely talented, well-respected chef. Before he transformed into Mr. Wonderful, Bronson was a gourmet chef in New York City and even cooked for the Mets. His talents in the kitchen recently earned him his own food-based TV show, Fuck, That’s Delicious, where he explored the culinary world by crafting everything from pizza to baklava.
